An Authentic, Beautiful, sylvan experience. The clear babbling stream, the echoing silence, a friendly, welcoming and well-equipped staff. The facilities are all great and well-maintained. It was everything and more than we expected out of a 'camping' trip as advertised. A truly gripping experience - of which my friends and I will always hold memories dear! 🙂

January 1, 2014Pls keep in mind before reading the review that I am reviewing Hail Himalayas on the basis of the price band it's offered. Excellent place... Clean, green, nice food, good activities, very good trekking site... Though, would suggest to add new activities and improve guides and instructors...Also, pls appoint some dedicated person as head of operations at the site, presently everybody behaves like manager, though some people are very good... Kitchen is very good, rooms/tents well kept/maintained... Food quality is very good, even menu is good, even customized services of kitchen are also very good, they make whatever you ask the for.... Pls add some cookies or rusks with morning tea as well, like snacks are served with evening tea, it will be good... Another suggestion is that pls add display sign boards for everything describing everything that what it is or where a facility or section is located on the site.... Pls also display arrangement for medical emergency because it's a remote location and having it and let your guest know about it will be great.... We have suggested these things to Mr. Vikram, who attended us on the site.... Hope to see some changes on our next visit.... Keep it up

Beautiful place... Helpful staff... I will give 5 star to location and 6 star to the staff.... You can never imagine how perfect this location can be... The nature walk after crossing rivers and uneven stones are a sign that the destination where the waterfalls are located is a part of heaven... In the morning when you wake up and hear the sweet sound of nature acts like a steroid to amaze your sences... The location is undoubtly more than superb but in addition to this the facilities and events organized by hail himalayas are the cherry on the cake... I really didn't wanted to come back. Let me know if you have a job vacancy for this location... :p Just waiting for my next visit... Suggestion: The only glitch is the road to reach.... actually there is no road... So better take a taxi and not ur own car... or you need to b a perfect driver and ur car should have good power. But I bet everything is worth for this place... Must visit again and again.....
