Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Confirmations of bookings other than voucher bookings are subject to receipt of full payment in advance for the room tariff. Unless advance payment is received, bookings will be treated as provisional and the rooms may be released to another guest who makes advance payment.
  • On receipt of advance payment, a confirmation mail / booking Voucher will be issued.
  • Payment can be made through Payment Gateway, Wire Transfer or Demand Draft.
  • For a guest making a booking for himself using own Credit Card: — The credit card used to make the booking is necessary to be produced at the time of Check-in. At the time of submitting the credit card copy, please ensure that the CVV number on it is blacked out. (CVV Number is a three-digit number at the reverse side of the credit card, at the end of the signature panel).
  • All other dues after deducting the advance shall be settled at the resort at the time of check-out.
  • No refund will be made on cancellations of confirmed bookings; however following credit facilities are available to the guests.
  • Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the arrival date, Hail Himalayas shall hold 100% credit for a period of 1 year towards your future visit to the resort against the amount received for advance booking.
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days in advance of the arrival date, Hail Himalayas shall hold 75% credit for a period of 1 year towards your future visit to the resort against the amount received for advance booking.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance of the arrival date, Hail Himalayas shall hold 50% credit for a period of 1 year towards your future visit to the resort against the amount received for advance booking.
  • No-shows for any reason will not receive credit for future visits.
  • If you depart early for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund.
  • Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s). This is subject to availability and prevailing rates, and the existing rate shall not apply.
  • Guests are required to carry a valid identity proof and produce the same at the check in. — Please bring along with you the same identity proof you have entered while booking for verification at the hotel.
  • In case of erroneous / inadequate / misleading information given while booking, Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without any intimation.
